SCA advised a private investor on the acquisition of 2800 Taft Ave, a 15,000 SF industrial warehouse on 1.07 acres located in the College Park-Silver Star submarket of Orlando. At closing, 2800 Taft Ave was fully occupied by long-term tenants at below market rents and near-term lease expirations. The Owner plans to maximize long term value through selective capital improvements and marketing to users attracted to the Packing District adjacent location. SCA will direct the improvements and handle leasing and property management.
