SCA advised on the closing of a 29,500 S.F. lease commitment at 215 W Grant Street. The tenant, Safe-Fleet will occupy a newly renovated industrial building. The tenant provides safety and productivity solutions to fleet vehicle manufacturers and operators around the world. This facility will serve as the main operating and manufacturing facility for the entire state of Florida. SCA also served as the project manager for the building renovations. Grant Street is a 6-acre site located in the South Downtown Orlando submarket currently being re-developed to include 00,000 S.F. of warehouse, office, and retail.
