SCA is the development adviser on this 6-acre site. It will feature a renovated existing warehouse, two new industrial / flex buildings, and a commercial building aimed at office or retail space.
Phase one of this development will feature a +/- 18,9oo SF flex industrial building, currently under construction with expected delivery in the first quarter of 2023. SCA will serve as this property’s lead developer, leasing agent, and property manager.
