SCA advised a private investor on the acquisition of 2800 Taft Ave, a 15,000 SF industrial warehouse on 1.07 acres located in the College Park-Silver Star submarket of Orlando. The Owner plans to maximize long-term value through selective capital improvements and marketing to users attracted to the Packing District adjacent location.
