SC Advisors (SCA) recently completed the sale of a 118,600 +/- square-foot industrial building located at the northeast intersection of New Hampshire Street and Diversified Way, just west of Orange Blossom Trail and adjacent to The Packing District. The property, which features 5.9 acres, was sold for $12.5 million.

Having advised investors since the initial acquisition, SCA’s team managed, leased, oversaw capital improvements, and positioned the property for future development, effectively enhancing its value and leading to a profitable sale. The transaction was completed with the acquisition by Mid-America Apartment Communities (MAA), an experienced multifamily developer based in Tennessee.
