SCA entered into an agreement to oversee the development of a 1.45 acre site located at 1566 College Park Business Center Road in the College Park – Silver Star submarket of Orlando. The parcel will be subdivided into two equal parcels. Construction will begin immediately on a 10,000 SF industrial building on one of the parcels. Phase Two will consist of an identical 10,000 SF building on the second parcel. SCA will lead the development, leasing, and management efforts on these properties.
